Ingredients
1 package Pillsbury Country White Artisan Bread Mix
1 cup hot water
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 and 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup butter
Directions
To make honey-herbed dinner rolls, preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Coat 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine bread mix and yeast (included in the bread mix package). Add water and herbs; stir until soft dough forms.
Sprinkle flour on the surface. Turn dough out onto the surface; knead 50-75 times, until smooth and elastic, adding flour as needed. Cut dough into 12 equal pieces; cover loosely with plastic wrap. Working with one piece at a time, divide into 3 equal pieces; roll each piece into a ball. Place 3 balls into each muffin cup. Let rest, uncovered, for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small pot, combine honey and butter. Over high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer until thickened, about 3 minutes. Brush the tops of the dough with half of the honey glaze. Bake 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Immediately after removing from the oven, brush the remaining glaze over the rolls. Cool for 10 minutes. Transfer from pan to rack. Serve warm. Enjoy!
